All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 2-4 days of payment. We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped. Most items should be received within 3-15days of your order date. This may be a little longer for international delivery.

If you want the order to arrive in time, please order it at least 1-2 weeks before the moment you need it to arrive.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

You can change your address before the item is shipped by contacting us..

For our instant downloads, we're unable to accept refunds for change of mind, however if there's a fault or you need a different size and its one of the sizes we have listed, we'll be happy to exchange it to you, just contact us.

For any orders that are printed and shipped by us, if you notice any damage, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your prints and we'll happily replace it for you.  Photos of the damaged items are required so we can work to improve our packaging standards for future use. As all printed and shipped items are special orders, we don't accept returns or refunds.

You can track your order by clicking Order Status in our menu. Then input your tracking code you received in the email once the item has been shipped.


Yes, you can remove the item from your order and get a refund easily before the item is shipped. To do that, please Contact Us. Once it is shipped, you have to wait for it to arrive and then ship it back and ask for a refund.

If your item broke, which does not happen often, and you cannot repair it yourself, you have to contact us. We will then give you instructions whether to ship the item back or if you'll receive a partial refund.
